We are proud to say that we use only 100% natural ingredients, essential oils and fragrances in our products. Each products has in its description all ingredients used.
Below you can find out more about the differences between essential oils and natural fragrances.
An essential oil is an ingredient that is physically extracted by steam or cold pressing the plants, not chemically altered from their natural state or derived using solvents. In our Ingredients page we listed all essential oils we used.
Natural fragrances are complex compositions of natural aromatic raw materials such as essential oils, isolates, extracts and volatile concentrates. These natural chemicals are physically isolated from natural compounds. You can search for them on our ingredients page listed as perfumes.
+ Do you test your products on animals?
No. We do not test our products on animals. It is illegal in Romania and Europe to test finished products on animals.
+ How quickly will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within a few working days, up to a maximum of 5 days if the products are not on the stock.
+ Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product. Please read our Return and Refund Policy here. If you are not happy with your order, please send us a message and let us know your reasons. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We do require shipping payment for your returns.
