SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS IN ROMANIA

The shipping of Zahra – Drops of Nature handmade natural cosmetics in Romania is done exclusively through the Romanian Post, express courier or free personal delivery (only for Zalău and Cluj Napoca), the cost of shipping being paid by you.

The products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order, for orders placed until 12 o’clock. For orders placed after 12 o’clock, the shipment is made within 48 hours. Orders received between Friday, 16.00 – Sunday, 16.00, are honored on Monday.

The packaging is suitable for the transport of fragile products and the packages are secured. In case of breakage of a product, due to improper handling during transport, we replace the product free of charge. By using delivery services like the Romanian Post or express couriers, you have the security of deliveries and you can rely on the speed of this means of transport.

Products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received between Friday, 16.00 – Sunday, 16.00, are honored on Monday. The value of the order and the transport is paid online, through the international PayPal system.
